The Institute of Queer Ecology (IQECO) is a collaborative organism looking to find and create alternatives. The solutions to environmental degradation are found on the periphery and we seek to bring them to the forefront of public consciousness.
Every language carries with it immense reserves of cultural, historical, ecological and botanical information, vital for local communities and potentially to the broader world. In much of the world, languages are central to communal identity and multilingualism has been the historical norm.
When ancestral Native American villages are damaged and destroyed by looters or leveled for shopping centers, it lessens us as Americans. Precious ties that link all of us to these storied places are also destroyed forever. Since 1980, the Conservancy has now preserved 500 sites across the nation.
The Center for Fiction is the only nonprofit literary organization in the U.S. solely dedicated to celebrating fiction, and we work every day to connect readers and writers. We provide workshops for emerging writers, as well as free books and events for NYC students from K-12th grade.
Airway Science for Kids, Inc. (ASK) is a small nonprofit with a mission to remove barriers for children and youth who have been systematically excluded from STEM education and careers. ASK engages youth who are living on low-incomes in opportunities to learn about STEM through the world of flight.

Judging Criteria:
Our internal editorial team will be picking the best guides primarily based on the creativity of their theme, the quality of gift selections, as well as image choice. Thematic guides will be given higher priority for editorial judging. Only gift guide submissions with images, descriptions, links, pricing and a minimum of 3 and maximum of 5 gifts will be considered.
Eligibility and Limitations:
Participants and winner(s) can only submit a gift guide by signing into a registered Core77 account. Gift Guides can be created until December 14th, 2018 at 11:59 PM EST. Participants are allowed to submit as many gift guides as they wish. Employees of Core77, regular contributors and immediate family of any such persons are not eligible to win.
Voting:
The Community Choice Winner will be determined through voting. Registered Core77 users can sign in to their account to cast a single vote for any gift guide published. Voting closes on December 14th, 2018 at 11:59 PM EST. The Community Choice Winner will be announced on December 18th, 2018 on the homepage of Core77.com.
