2017 Core77’s Ultimate Gift Guide Rules and Regulations

Prize(s):

2 winning submissions will be chosen as the Community Choice and Editor's Pick winners. One Gift Guide with the most community votes will win a medium sized Wacom Intuos Pro Paper tablet (MSRP $350). One Editor’s Pick will take home a set of Prismacolor art markers (MSRP ~$75). Three runner ups will each win a handy multi tool from Leatherman (MSRP varies). Nine Editor's Picks (3 each week—announced on December 1st, December 8th and December 15th, 2017) will receive prizes which may include a $25 gift certificate to MOO, a $25 gift certificate to Areaware, or a small prize from Wintersmiths or Hand-Eye Supply. The prize(s) that may be awarded to the eligible winner(s) are not transferable, redeemable for cash or exchangeable for any other prize. The winner(s) must be reachable through the email address provided in their profile and respond with a mailing address to receive the prize.

Judging Criteria:

Our internal editorial team will be picking the best guides primarily based on the creativity of their theme, the quality of gift selections, as well as image choice. Thematic guides will be given higher priority for editorial judging. Only gift guide submissions with images, descriptions, links, pricing and a minimum of 3 and maximum of 5 gifts will be considered.

Eligibility and Limitations:

Participants and winner(s) can only submit a gift guide by signing into a registered Core77 account. Gift Guides can be created until December 15, 2017 at 11:59 PM EST. Participants are allowed to submit as many gift guides as they wish. Employees of Core77, regular contributors and immediate family of any such persons are not eligible to win.

Voting:

The Community Choice Winner will be determined through voting. Registered Core77 users can sign in to their account to cast a single vote for any gift guide published. Voting closes on December 15, 2017 at 11:59 PM EST. The Community Choice Winner will be announced on December 18, 2017 on the homepage of Core77.com.

Publicity, Use of Personal Information:

By participating, where allowed by law, all participants and winner(s) grant Core77 exclusive permission to use their names, user handles, profile images and likenesses in connection with the promotion of this contest and waive any claims to royalty, right or remuneration for such use.
