I was given a wide-ranging brief to re-design the Yamaha YXZ side by side, and a short 7 day deadline to deliver concepts.
I took to market research and hands on studies to discover trends in popular brands like the Polaris RZR and Can-am Maverick. After these study tools I went to sketching the aesthetic features of the current YXZ and seeing what ways I could mold them to give it a more raised and aggressive look while maintaining the brand language of Yamaha. Including some future technology, I came to two final variants that I wanted to explore further.
