Blue light supports production of cortisol, which is important factor of feeling energized in the morning. On the other hand, there is red light, which helps you with a good night's sleep through production of melatonin. Tiko clocks take care of your health by emitting blue light in the morning and amber light in the evening. The smart illumination system's main benefit is to help your sleep cycle.
Because Tiko clocks are made of natural wood and an advanced LED system, they are able to be manufactured in different tones. It embodies modern craftsmanship, through combining programing with craft.

Hello.
What is the time in the first picture? 3:10 og 2:15? Does the light dim and turn off completely at night? Have the designers ever tried to sleep in a room with red standby lights or light coming from the outside into the room becuase of lack of black out curtains? The research might back up the idea but as someone who travels a bit I can tell you that any kind of light can be a big irritation at night when you cannot sleep. What about the placement of the wall clock, is this a bedroom item or living room item? I am thinking a smaller alarm table clock is more common in bedrooms and I know people who only use their phones or their 1980's Clock Radio. Maybe the idea would work betten on a smaller scale. There are alredy smart lamps that can wake you or help you fall asleep but gradually adjusting the light intensity.
