Marvel Studios reached out to me with interest in my designs for the Black Panther film. They were searching for contemporary future-tech style furniture that would embody the theme of the "Vibranium Tech Lab Set" that they were still constructing and soon to film.

My "Serous" piece stood out among the rest, and well, the rest is history. I made 15 limited edition of pieces of the Serous Bar Stool for the film and patiently waited a whole year after filming before I would actually see them again, but this time they were on the BIG SCREEN! I must say, I'm very honored to have played a part in making the laboratory scenes in the film the eye candy that they are. You have to see Black Panther to truly appreciate all of the amazing set design, the film is truly a cinematic masterpiece unlike any previous Marvel Studio production!
