Everyone needs a little lift off the ground no matter how old or how tall. However, step stools for children are static and stepladders for adults are massive or aesthetically unpleasing - both take up too much space and are not practically designed.
The objective the Triangle Step Ladder is to create a functional and practical stepladder for everyday use. Triangle Step Ladder was inspired by extensive wire model explorations of 2D linear forms transforming to 3D structures with a rotational point(s).
Triangle Step Ladder is composed of very simple and basic mechanisms to easily use in daily life. Made from walnut and 1/2" steel tubing, Triangle Step Ladder is highly durable to be used and stored as a timeless object in the household.

Triangle Step Ladder is 1/2" thick and can be flat-packed for efficient storage space. It canalso be hung on the wall due to its lightweight form. Triangle Step Ladder's design requires very minimal space and effort to be stored anywhere in the house.
The stepladder allows 7" to 12" lift off the ground, to be useful for all ages of users. Triangle Step Ladder is not only practical but is also an aesthetically pleasing object in the home.

As an object whose use demands stability, I have issues with the fact that the form forces the user into a position where they become less stable the higher they climb. Not to mention the swing-arm position which, when extended, forces placement fairly far away from the base of what you want to reach in the first place.
nice design, this ladder inspire me to something.
There might be an issue when someone steps off the ladder. Their pants could get caught on the open end of the ladder, causing them to fall.
