Peter Dahmen's journey as a paper artist began during his studies in Communication Design at the University of Applied Sciences in Dortmund, Germany. Since graduating in 1994, Dahmen has continued to push the boundaries of paper art, becoming a globally recognized figure in the field. His work went viral in 2010 when he shared a short video of his paper sculptures on YouTube. The clip sparked a wave of admiration, with millions of viewers enchanted by his magical pop-up creations.

For over a decade, Dahmen has worked with some of the world's most prestigious institutions and companies, including MoMA, Netflix, Iggesund Paper, and The Jim Henson Company.
