Do you know what needs to be done for greens to show up in your grocery store? It's estimated that the United States' meals travel about 1,500 miles to get from the farm to plate. Farmers' markets are open overwhelmingly fewer months, days, and hours than nearby stores. On average, they offer less than half as many varieties of fresh produce items and fresh-produce categories. Due to seasonal and local availability, sourcing can be hard for many farmer's markets.

Meet Infinite Green, a selection and delivery service that provides hydroponically grown produce, fruit, and herbs directly to the user. When you make an order, your plants are placed in enclosed pods that keep them fresh and thriving. A self-driving truck transports and exchanges orders to keep users supplied with a wide variety of food.

Infinite Green is a solution for the future of food consumption. With the rise in contactless delivery becoming the norm, users need quicker, healthier, and more transparent methods for supplementing their diet. The Infinite Green ecosystem consists of an app, delivery service, and reusable hydroponic device.

The journey begins in the Infinite Green app. Users can select fresh produce they would like to incorporate into their diet. Hydroponic plants are grown at a facility to near maturity. The plants specified by the user are placed in a temporary hydroponic pot to be delivered to the users' home via an autonomous delivery vehicle supplied by Nuro.

Once arrived, the user scans a code to retrieve the plants they ordered in their temporary device. Our pods come in three sizes-small, medium, and large. The small pod allows for quick and on-the-go access to small produce and herbs to complement a user's diet. The mid-range pod has an open-air top and telescoping handle that allows different sized plants to fit in the same pod. The large pod has wheels and a retractable handle to allow ease of access when introducing the new technology into a user's kitchen. The large pod also features an optional shelf to maximize your quantity.

Plants sit in these pods for several days to several weeks while the user harvests different food off the live stems as they wish. Once our users have their rotation of pods, they can track and analyze nutrition, health, and recipes within the app. The home screen features meal suggestions based on what they currently have in their pods. If preparing food for multiple people, that app can connect and track with other users as well. Easily track health stats by snapping a quick picture after you prepare your meal and let AI do the rest.

Once they are through with the plants, the users can place their empty hydroponic device on the truck to be returned and receive new, fresh pods.
