Asthma affects 6.8M US children. Curio’s goal is to help families easily and accurately track a child’s lung function to prevent attacks. The brand engaged Pushstart to pair a kid-friendly spirometer with a companion app for better usability, customization, and data management. Kid friendliness. Pushstart identified ergonomic opportunities to make spirometers fit kids. The easier spirometers are to use, the more likely families will track and amass the data they need to discover how weather, pollen count, or pollution levels impact their child. With connectivity, families can assess their own tracking data, as well as share it with health providers instantly. Family guidance. Curio’s companion app guides families through the testing experience, ensuring the highest level of personal comfort and information accuracy. Customizable animated modules display test progress while entertaining the user. Test results are displayed in a clear, easy-to-read format that incorporates several informative options for data visualization and modes of comparison. Curious?
