Founded in 2014 as a startup, Kippy focuses mainly on GPS devices for tracking lost pets, with an app that records data on pets' physical activity thanks to an algorithm developed in collaboration with the Universities of Milan and Bologna.Kippy has recently expanded its product range, focusing on cats.

In this project, we collaborated with Kippy to create a device with several features equipped with an integrated adjustable silicone collar. This innovative pet device offers features such as WiFi, Bluetooth, accelerometer, SIM and a lithium battery.

The product was designed in line with Kippy's brand identity, while ensuring extreme lightness and resistance. The device was equipped with a quick release system, achieving IP68 certification for maximum water and dust resistance. In addition, the design was successfully optimised to simplify the assembly process.

The project was presented during CES 2023 in Las Vegas.
