"So my gym closed," writes Zachary Skidmore, a former M.P. for the U.S. Army. "So I grabbed a chainsaw and went to work. I built what I'm calling 'Lumber Jacked Gym' in around 60 hours over the span of 2 weeks. I managed to satisfy my hunger to work out. I hope you enjoy!"

I'm blown away by the creativity! The safety locks for the leg press, the chainsaw plunge cuts used to cut the center "holes" for the weights, the treadmill. Something tells me this guy will make it through the apocalypse.

While the ingenuity is cool, all of this is so unnecessary. Pec flys? C'mon man. Lat pull downs with a 3 lb log? And then you add a pulley system to it? Much less work.
That's not the point. "Less work, better results, unnecessary" - depends on what your goals are. This guy is looking to kill some time.
