My wife insisted we have an Aventos servo-drive for the cabinet above our refrigerator. It was super expensive, but it is very nice. Pretty easy to install. My only word of caution is that there are a lot of components and they are priced a-la-carte, so I didn't realize this single cabinet was going to cost $1000! Lucky for her by the time I realized how expensive all the components were, it was too late to switch to a more standard cabinet design.
I played with some of these Blum systems years ago. Apple like quality in execution. Incredibly complex mechanics. I don't know how anyone can be this passionate about hardware, but they manage!
