Last week's J.D. Power & Associates Vehicle Dependability Study found Lexus at the top of the pile, for the 12th year in a row. Not surprising. What was surprising is that this year the Japanese luxury automaker was tied...with Buick.
Both the GM and the Toyota offshoots scored 145 problems for every 100 cars (and if that sounds like a lot, note that the industry average is 216 problems per 100 cars).
