George: I do actually understand and relate to your comment. I create questionable/flawed product designs for my amusement and the amusement of others. A serious discussion must address the fact that individual ownership of an automobile has spawned suburbia, disruption of animal migration routes, impervious paving that contributes to tragic flooding as seen after Harvey, misuse of resources for an object that is idle 96% of the day, and air pollution. Plus, members of the younger generation in many cases cannot see the point of working at a job just to afford a car that is needed to get to the job.

How about a fridge/freezer insert for a Tesla frunk? Especially useful in hotter climates such as California.
Lower tech solution: My parents always kept a cheap styrofoam cooler thing in their trunk. Brilliant.
Cars should be inflatable with pouches.
More non-car designs please. Never owned one and believe that the individual automobile may be going away, probably faster than we think.
This is the divide between the urban and rural worlds. I can't imagine living without a vehicle.
