This gorgeous Danish modern rocker was designed by Holger Georg Jensen for Tønder Møbelværk in 1958.

It's a unique piece and i like it. However, aesthetically, the vertical upright looks totally out of place. In contrast with some of the other sweeping forms of the piece, does anyone else see that? Kinda wrecks the form and movement of the rocker...
