I would have made it backwards facing for better safety, like in baby car seats. And then you can really see the chasing dogs. :-)
Bauke: Yes to what you are saying. My work is a peculiar combination of invention and humor. The two aspects are often in conflict. Usually I chose awkwardness over good design, when there is a conflict between the two. For the cartoon, a look of helplessness and discomfort on was what I was going after, I suppose. When I did this particular cartoon-invention, I puzzled over other possible arrangements. Thanks!
