Probably best not done at all, at least not without shoes and not while one person holds the pumpkin. If the stream from the pressure washer hits skin, especially at that range and that power, it's time to rush to the emergency room. High-pressure injection injuries are no trifling matter: even relatively low-powered home-handyman units can, in a fraction of a second, cause injuries serious enough to require amputation.
Lighten up, it's entertainment. End result looks like sh!t anyway, it's just not practical at all. This is pretty mild for the Dudesons
