Two short videos - Eames Lounge chair and the making of the Aeron

The National Association of Manufacturers have two short video clips online for your viewing pleasure. They call it The Aeron Chair: Then and Now but as any designer knows, the first is the Eames Lounge Chair. Just two minutes long, it seems to be a TV ad from the sixties. The second video [New video] is the assembly of an Aeron at Herman Miller's plant. Try not crash their servers as you hurry to take a look!

Though informative, the Aeron vid was rather unimpressive. And a comparison of the two makes it even less impressive imo. A shame.
