Game of Thrones starts up again this Sunday, so we swung over to Tony Swatton's website. We last looked in on Swatton, the California-based master blacksmith, when he was making Thor's hammer; more recently he's turned his attention to producing some GoT weapons, like the tiny Arya Stark's diminutive sword. But we'd rather show you this other clip of Swatton & co. making Jon Snow's larger weapon—using a process that is (literally) filled with twists:

Swatton produced the Snow sword last year, whereas he released the Arya swordmaking video just this week. If you're wondering why we chose to show the older Snow video, it's so we could sneak in this footage of Jon Snow at a dinner party in NYC:
