The link to Jeep is rather tenuous—each image "invites the reader to return to the announcement to discover an animal at the other end of the world. A nice invitation to travel—but ah, who cares?
Meanwhile in Portugal, designer Filipe Carvalho has reconciled pop-cultural icons from the past with the design trends of today. By mashing up Star Wars and the "flat design" embraced by Apple, he's created these nifty, minimalist icons:
