3M is seeking a Design Manager, Interactive Environments, whose roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: developing and managing the design of interactive environments and products incorporating multiple technologies for applications in retail stores, events, and other physical / online installations. He or she will provide advice and consult with business leadership team to set short to medium-term design direction for interactive environments and products. The Design Manager will influence corporate design strategies, provide advice on strategic processes and continuous improvement initiatives, and may influence policy.
