Here's a "design story" video that is purely just that, and not a commercial, largely because there's nothing to sell since the object being discussed is a design concept and not a production model. Here Nissan's Francois Bancon and Taro Ueda discuss the actual design thinking, and only that, behind their unusual PIVO 3 EV concept.

I still have something to complain about with this video (surprise, surprise).To whomever edits these things, how about checking the audio levels before uploading the final cut? It starts off with music at level 10, Bancon practically whispering at 2, and Ueda hovering nearby at a barely audible 3. As both gentlemen have accents, it would help to either have very clear sound or subtitles. I'm used to listening to foreign accents pretty frequently—starting with my parents—but I still had to watch this several times to pick up on everything being said.
