It's like the measurement scale on the door of a bank, but your feet are the door and water is the masked gunman. If you've ever had a flooded basement, the last thing you're looking to do is have a laugh; but Regina Regis' Rain Level boots, cheeky though the colors may be, will at least let you know how deep the water is for when you frantically call the plumber. Centimeters only.
