Theoretical list of smartbook "essentials" is missing one crucial thing. Oh, what could it be?

It needs a microphone, a camera, "ubiquitous networking," it's gotta be thin, et cetera, et cetera: In "Building the Google smartbook dream machine," InfoWorld runs down their idea of the ten essential components needed by the perfect smartbook (and accompanies it with a slideshow that reeks of "Oh crap--this is due tomorrow").

Unsurprisingly the list consists entirely of technical features and design gets nary a mention! Oh, how they take us for granted....
