Busan-based Kim Yong-seong's awesome concept work caught our eye for the way it addresses duality and multifunctionality (and as you can see above, his sketches ain't too shabby either).
Kim's Dual Music Player would've been awesome to see on the market a few years ago, as it plays not only MP3's but also CD's (remember those?) by unfurling, butterfly-knife-style.
His Work and Rest furniture piece transforms from a desk/chair combo to a lounge chair. I can't help but think that as more and more of us work from home, transforming this piece would allow us to clearly define when work stops and rest begins.
The Dual-Com system is a standalone CPU along the lines of an iMac, but with a twist: Your laptop docks right into the side of it, not only synching it up but turning it neatly into a vertical-orientation external monitor.
