It may not look like much, but here's what it does:
Anchique reckons that not having to swap from drill to driver allows you to finish the job in half the time.
At present he's only selling them in 3/16" (5mm) diameter, though you can choose between a Philips or Pozi tip. They run USD $19.50.

Then you stop using philips screws and switch to a good design of screw drive :)
