The winning Professional entry is TMC Helix Park, a 14.5 acre medical campus in downtown Houston by Mikyoung Kim Design, and the winning Student entry is the Power Pillar, an integrated EV charging station and load-bearing support structure designed by a team from the Ming Chi University of Technology & Tunghai University in Taiwan.

This year's Core77 Design Awards Built Environment jury was led by Erich Fox, Producer & Executive Team Director at Gentilhomme. Joining Fox on the panel was Sal Agosto, Vice President of Architecture & Design at Simex Iwerks, Lindsey (Vincent) Archer, Founder & Creative Executive at Studio Archer, Scott Hickman, Creative Director at Coca Cola, Kristin Kreppner, Senior Project Manager at CBRE, and Jacqueline Tang, Creative Director & Studio Director at Entro Communications.

The 2024 Core77 Design Awards Built Environment category honors spatial design as it relates to physical interiors, exhibitions or installations, either permanent or temporary, for private, public, commercial or industrial purposes. Examples include: public installations, restaurant/hospitality interiors, office or medical interiors, set designs, retail displays, exhibition booths, etc.
