The Hauptbahnhof (central train station) in Freiburg, Germany, has a Twenty47 Marktplatz.
This is a 24-hour facility filled entirely with vending machines, selling everything "from coffee to champagne, sandwiches to delicatessen menus, dog biscuits, bandages, cuckoo clocks, schnapps, condoms," et cetera.
There's also some Amazon delivery lockers.
And according to X user Michael, this is one of the vending machines:
"[It's] a mystery vending machine where you can buy whatever is in the unclaimed packages from [the] delivery lockers."
I was not able to confirm this on Twenty47 Marktplatz's site, but someone has posted Instagram and TikTok accounts (both sparsely populated) dedicated to this Mystery-O-Mat machine, that appear to be in the same location. However, tell me if you think this is shady:
So the package inside says "Lucky Box," and contains a pair of AirPods, and whatever the other object was, I couldn't make it out. What reseller uses such packaging? And another image from the Instagram account, below, purports to show someone having scored an Apple Watch Ultra:
Call me a skeptic, but something seems funny here.
If any of our readers are in the Freiburg area, can you confirm that this machine exists in the HBH, and that it is in fact selling unclaimed delivery packages?

I recently moved to Moundsville, West Virginia, and went walking around the town, looking at the shops, where things were, etc. There was a mysterious shop with the sign BINS, and I peered inside, and saw just exactly that: rows of bins, with several people looking inside.
