If you're photographing jewelry, small parts, or anything where you need shadow-free macro photography, a handy accessory is SR Electronics' new Digi-Slave Flex-Ring 6400.

The LED-riddled gadget combines a ring flash with two sidelights, with a simple dial to crank the power up or down. Can be operated as a continuous light source or triggered flash-style, and you can also operate the ring flash or sidelights independently.

At US $360 it ain't cheap, but desirable photography accessories never are.
