Alessi as a brand, that is known for being cute whilst possessing a surprising degree of usability in many of your products. With global recession and doubt hunting all of us, how will the affects of the need to be more purely utilitarian be met, and what kind of affect will this have on the fun nature of Alessi? With any restraint we always grow, smarter and better suited for the new form of our world. Will Alessi have to become more core to the users life, or will the aesthetic change to limit the air of excess and trim?
