Over the past decade, French transportation designer Alan Derosier has worked for car companies on three continents. And while Derosier's book features plenty of supercar-style concepts, I'm drawn to his quirkier work:
Perhaps the most intriguing is this U-shift vehicle, which consists of an electric "driveboard" that can attach to and haul various capsules.
This was actually built, by the way, by client German Aerospace Center.
Each year Derosier also puts together fun transportation-design-themed holiday cards, which feature his family…
…and the family cat.
As for that red Renault rendering up top? Last year Derosier co-founded Legende Automobiles, a French company, to produce it in small production runs.
