Fusion is a prize-winning beer from Mongolia.
It has a very unique bottle design: Teeth are molded into the underside of the base, so that one bottle can be used to open another.

I searched far and wide, and this animation is the only video I could find demonstrating this:
Long shot: If you're a reader in Mongolia, and can send us close-up photos and a video of the real deal, your next one's on us.

Great design. For all the wasted corrugated paper packaging that’s generated, I wish packaging can find a new retasking life. I remember an airline that had snack boxes that turned into iPhone/iPad holders to watch onboard shows. I admit that I have a cardboard repurposing fetish…
clever!
Hardly an innovation!
After reading this, I remembered a similar bottle from a Canadian or US major brewery. At first I thought I was imagining it, but here it is: https://www.reddit.com/r/beer/comments/1cjlox/anyone_remember_the_miller_bottom_bottle_opener/
Hm. I posted a comment with a link, but it disappeared. Are YouTube links not allowed?
haha - they all show up now.
Whoops! My comment had the wrong link. Miller had these in Canada back in 1987, and I am pretty sure they were in the US earlier.

I feel something like this would make sense for a pry off cap, not as important for a twist off. But cool idea nonetheless.
Sometimes twist offs are little tight, and this is easier and neater than using your shirt to protect your palm from the cap, not to mention the chance it's a little shaken up and suddenly your shirt's wet with beer. You also get a little extra leverage from the wider body of the bottle versus directly turning the cap.
