I say "appears to" because there's no explanation of the chair's specifics nor materials. Instead, the designers provide this spare description:
"Lin Chair creates a blank space (transitional space) through overlapping thin lines, making structural beauty in itself."

I like the form but those runners at the bottom, especially the little squares where the supports intersect, seem like a great place for crumbs and dust to gather and never be able to be cleaned out of
