Industrial designer and design professor Bongkyu Song created this Multi Hanger for Hyundai. Designed for the traveling businessperson, it piggybacks off of the headrest supports and provides a place to hang one's coat:
It's in production, and Song says it's available for purchase from the Hyundai Motors accessories store; however, it appears to be Korean-market only.

Nothing mew, my old BMW had an iPad mount that attached to the headrest using a spring-loaded bar:
Hook the jacket on the head rest of the seat and move on with your life. A product is not needed for every minute function!
