This beautiful Surf Bench, made of Walnut, is by New-York-based designer Carol Egan.
Sadly, there are no details on the piece—I would love to see how it's made—but Egan does write: "As a designer, I'm interested in digital technology. I am fascinated by the intersection of craft with technology. What intrigues me is using the technology to manipulate material into unexpected and unexplained unique forms." Nailed it with this one!

Its not that mysterious.... its made in three major parts (two ends and the central "tunnel"). The two ends are made from a thick wood glue-up that's then CNC'd to create the tapered tunnel entrance and the vertical leg/plane. The center is made from a series of oblong ring parts that make the tunnel when glued together. The leg is trimmed with eight pieces of wood to create the rounded edge and conceal the end grain. There is no veneer or vinyl wrap.
In the third and fourth photos there's a barely visible seam on the inner and outer faces (look for a subtle change in coloring, lighter above and darker below). The fact that the wood grain runs around the entirety of the seat rather than showing end grain on the top or sides makes me think it's a veneer at best or a vinyl wrap at worst. It would be tough to apply a veneer to the contoured surfaces so I'd expect vinyl, hydro dip, or maybe veneer that's been steamed and formed in place under high pressure.
