Humanscale Design Studio's QuickStand Lite
Adds standing desk functionality to standard desks
If you've got a standard desk that you like, and would like to add standing ability without replacing it, here's the QuickStand Lite by Humanscale Design Studio. It's essentially a monitor arm with an extra bit that can bring the keyboard up with it.
The QuickStand Lite can be raised or lowered with little effort, thanks to a counterbalance. And the monitor height can be adjusted independently of the keyboard platform.
These start at $722, which is maybe a bit pricey for a home office, but a good bet if you're in a real office with a tight furniture budget; it's cheaper for them to buy one of these than to buy an entire standing desk.

I used and loved a Humanscale Quickstand in a past office. It was a wonderful product that should be considered more often over standing desks. This Lite version looks pretty great.
