This AT-R Tool Rack is by DSPIAE, a Shanghai-based precision tool manufacturer that boasts they've got "the top technical and design talents in China." The rack, designed specifically to hold modelmaking tools, is indeed striking.
It's made from aluminum alloy that's been sandblasting prior to painting.
Two knurled knobs at the back allow you to set the height of the insert, to hold tools at the angle of your liking.

The two-compartment tub that slides into the bottom is sized to hold glue bottles, and is removable for easy cleaning. One of the squares can be filled with the included additional podium-shaped tool holder.

To explain why the glue bottle holder is square, in Asia, Tamiya makes the go-to modeling glue, and their bottles are square.

Definitelly NO. A cheap clone made reusing scraps of 3d printed parts would be more than enough.
Nice looking and useful in a niche way, but - £88 GBP on Amazon. That's a definite "No."
