While I don't have much use for generalized tool racks like this, I'm guessing this category of object will become the next craze for that nonportable portion of the EDC market.
This tool storage rack checks all the boxes: Looks rugged; made of aluminum, sandblasted prior to anodizing for texture; involves having lots of tools at the ready, in preparation for who-knows-what; and most importantly, can be made by a single person with a CNC mill, a brake and a tap-and-die set. The one-person CNC-enabled EDC fabricator seems to be a dominant Etsy model, so I imagine it's just a matter of time before the platform is awash in variations on this design.
This model, by the way, is produced by a company you've never heard of, who can't decide if their name is Metalter or Metal Alter Tools. They appear to be from Asia and have no English-language web presence.

I'm not sure one would need a tap and die, given the availability of pre-made threaded standoffs and machine screws.
