There's a big difference as Arri's are generally lighter in weight, less cumbersome and used more for location shooting. Panavision (over all brand for the Panaflex ) cameras are bulkier and better known for studio productions.
But I can see why you got confused because a google search for Panaflex images erroneously turned up the same Arriflex photo as the one in your post
