Reportedly designed by a labeling company in Korea, and now all the rage among crafters and scrap-bookers, this unusual tape dispenser design can take two rolls of tape and dispense them in pre-cut strips.
I could not figure out how it works for the life of me—and it would be impossible to deduce from the images, as there's an unseen triple blade head inside the machine. So here's a demonstration of a similar design:
