The 2022 Core77 Design Awards Built Environment category honors spatial design as it relates to physical interiors, exhibitions or installations, either permanent or temporary, for private, public, commercial or industrial purposes. Examples include: public installations, restaurant/hospitality interiors, office or medical interiors, set designs, retail displays, exhibition booths, etc.
This year's Core77 Design Awards Built Environment team was led by Frank Tjepkema, founder of Tjep. Joining Tjepkema on the panel was Judith Baehner, Founder of Het Groenlab, Sheryl Leysner, Founder of Sheryl Leysner Interior Architecture and Project Management, Dick Mulders, Founder of DMD Amsterdam, and Remi Versteeg, Partner Architect at Beyond Space.
