A Self-Collapsing Tissue Box

Your average tissue box offers no visual clue as to when it's nearly depleted. Admittedly that's not the biggest UX problem in the world, but it didn't escape the attention of designer Takashi Yasuda, whose Kyo Design Office created this Tissue Weight object, a two-piece design made of wood and acrylic:
Tissue Weight is in production and carried by Japanese home goods brand Gotanda.
