Shinola's handsome Power Supply units are a damn sight better than the cheapier power strip you've likely got hidden behind your desk. Rather than plastic, the enclosures are die-cast metal (with a variety of color options) sitting on a rubber base.
The anti-kink, braided 8-foot cords terminate at a 45-degree angle to the plug, meaning you can fit another plug in the socket below it. (I'm not sure why they photographed it in the bottom plug, as it doesn't illustrate the point as nicely.)
The Power Supply units come in 2-port or 5-port variants, both with two quick-charging USB points.
As always, quality and design attention don't come cheap: Prices are $155 and $195, respectively.

Hmm, it's nice looking, but 2A usb-a is as retro as the cloth jacket on the cord. There are plenty of single gang usb-c pd outlets they could have riffed off instead, which would have actually been useful for charging something.
I love everything Shinola makes, the store layout and design is also amazing. Sadly I can't afford much of what they make.
