LÔTELI is a brand name trademarked in 2018, for the purpose of selling empty cosmetics bags. But the entrepreneurs behind it, Laura Dorson and Nathalie De Clercq, quickly found a more lucrative use for transparent PVC: Novelty pool floats.
Their $60 Classic Cassette is a pretty faithful representation of what we carried around in our Walkmen in the '80s, though it measures 50" x 75":

The first one is obviously a Maxell-inspired design, but I can't recall who made tapes that looked like the second variant.
Either will surely make helicopter pilots do a double-take.

I think the second variant is based on old BASF or TDK casette design (all my colleagues call me the office boomer, even though I am a gen-X!). I know too much obsolete information. These are very silly as most of the target market will never have experienced casettes. All I want to know is: where and how do I insert my pencil !?
It's important to remember that design can just be fun sometimes. Love these.
