I like the simplicity of the design. The crank can be installed on either side, which lefties will appreciate. Each unit comes with two mounts, so you can move the unit between two different locations.
And yes, I even like the folksy my-grandpa-invented-this aesthetic.

Works great. My dad has had one since I was a kid, and I have one in my garage now. It struggles with really thick extension cords, and really doesn't work at all in the winter. I'd say below 40 degrees its pretty much worthless. Also has trouble if your extension cord gets wet.
