DeWalt's TStak Storage Clipboard Attaches to Their Tool Totes
I'm surprised more companies aren't making these
Designers for companies like Apple and Festool like to keep you attached to their sprawling product systems. For power tool manufacturers, it's pretty easy; get the customer invested in your cordless batteries, and you've got 'em. Designing tool-hauling systems that latch together are another popular technique.
Along these lines, DeWalt has designed a system-minded component that I'm surprised isn't more common: A storage clipboard that attaches to their TStak storage totes.
The LED light looks pretty handy:

In the U.S., the $20 clipboards are up for pre-order on sites like ToolNut.com and are scheduled to start shipping on July 30th.
