Italian cutlery manufacturer Maserin has been in business since 1960. They produce literally hundreds of different models, from "Gentleman's knives" to multitools, designey cutlery to military models.
While there's no stylistic consistency across models--each one's product page seems to have a different designer's name credited--I find them all consistently beautiful within the constraints of their genre.
Maserin manufactures in what I think is the ideal hybrid method: CNC fabrication for consistency of quality, with each tool then finished by human hands using human eyes for judgment. Here's some shots from their production process:
