Viking Arm is a Norwegian company that has designed an eponymous tool for installers of doors, windows, cabinets, flooring, porches and decks. It features a thin set of jaws that can be used for lifting, pressing and tightening.
It's essentially a twist on the trigger-style clamps you see at the home centers, just built heavier-duty. And like those clamps, it can be disassembled and reversed:
Made from stainless steel and aluminum, the tool weighs 1.4kg (3 pounds) and can lift 150kg (330 pounds). There are a lot of demonstrations of use cases (like the one below) here.
