This "Fix" for a Drawer Blocked by a Window Frame

(tldr; they made the drawer face slide sideways)

I can't argue that this isn't a "brilliant fix" as indicated in the video's title:

However, it seems that would swiftly becoming annoying to use.

I understand that the craftsperson is proud of the fix they devised, but it irritates me more that this happened in the first place, as whoever was responsible for the design didn't measure properly or failed to account for the trim. Reminds me of a certain True I.D. Story.
