Product Designer Cairn Young's Nesting Cutlery
Designed in London, Klikk and Dynasty are both manufactured in Germany
GoSun's breakdown cutlery (above) solved the problem of in-transit storage by designing a carry case. Product designer Cairn Young's Klikk cutlery doesn't come with a carry case, but does provide a third utensil, and all three snap together for storage with what must be a satisfying click:

Nice and purchasable in Europe via the site. Shipping one item is expensive though.
But they are also on Amazon(.com/ .de/ .co.uk/ .fr) for approx $15/ €16. (seach for Klikk cutlery)
Bonus: As plastic straws are going away, but my mother really needs them (due to her illness) and paper variants dissolve way to fast): They also have reusable cleanable straws
